Evolution has two arms to the company - performance and educational, each with their own aims and projects.

Aims of the Performance Arm 

1. To choreograph and present original dance works that are narrative-driven, thought-provoking, emotionally powerful.

2. To combine contemporary styles, contact dance, and acrobatics into a distinctive and dynamic movement vocabulary that is both innovative and captivating.

Aims of the Educational Arm 

1. To deliver high-quality, engaging educational workshops and seminars in secondary schools, colleges and performing arts institutions.  

2. To deliver curriculum-linked workshops, aligned to the AQA GCSE and A Level specifications which bridges the gap between classroom theory and professional practice. 

3. To provide students with access to specialist knowledge beyond the curriculum, focusing on business acumen, career sustainability, and dancer’s health and wellbeing. 

4. To offer private GCSE and A Level Dance and PE tutoring (theory and/or practical), delivered online or in person, tailored to individual learning needs.
