As a child, Amanda was an elite gymnast before transitioning to dance. She came 4th in the British Acrobatic Gymnastics Finals at age 11 before winning the Trampoline National Finals at age 16. At age 14, with only 2 years of dance training, she represented GBR at the JCC Games, winning 5 medals. Additionally, she's won several competitions for her choreography.

Amanda holds a PGCE with QTS in Physical Education and a BA (Hons) in Dance, Sport & PE as well as having studied MSc Dance Science at the prestigious Trinity Laban Music and Dance Conservatoire. Furthermore, she is an Acrobatic Arts Teacher and a UKCC Level 2 Trampoline Coach. Amanda has over a decade of coaching experience, teaching all ages and abilities, including world medalists.

As a child, Anjali passed all her RAD exams with distinction, including the RAD Advanced 2 exam. In 2018, she participated in the RAD Genée International Ballet Competition as a semi-finalist. In 2022, she graduated with a 1st class degree in BA (Hons) Contemporary Dance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Additionally, she's trained in commercial, hip hop, heels, jazz, musical theatre, aerial sling, and hoop. In 2024, Anjali graduated from the Royal Academy of Dance with a PGCE and QTS in Dance Teaching.

Abi's dance journey began in youth groups and theatre productions at a young age. In 2024, she graduated with a first-class bachelor’s degree in Dance at Edge Hill University. There, she had the incredible opportunity to work with choreographers such as Bettina Carpi, Joe Ray Reid, and Jess Clake. During her degree, she immersed herself in the university’s Dance Society, taking on multiple creative and leadership roles in her final year. As the contemporary competition choreographer and teacher, she began to discover and refine her own movement language. It was then she truly found a love for exploration, creativity, and sharing dance with others.

In 2021, Dani trained at Tring Park associates then achieved a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Performing Arts at Amersham College before graduating with a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre at Performers College Brighton in 2024. Through Performers, she had the amazing opportunity to perform at MoveIT Main Stage and Brighton Fringe Festival. After graduating, Dani toured the UK in pantomimes during the 2024 Christmas season and is looking forward to going back on tour this year. Alongside her musical theatre training, she's also training in contemporary, ballet, jazz, commercial, and hip hop.

Emily graduated with a Bachelor’s in Contemporary Dance in 2024 and a Masters in Dance Performance in 2025 at Trinity Laban Music and Dance Conservatoire. During her time there, she performed as a member of Trinity Laban Dance Collective. Previously, she trained in ballet and contemporary at Rambert School Pre-vocational Course, the English Youth Ballet, and National Youth Ballet where she performed at Sadlers Wells. Additionally, she trained in hip hop and has danced with Boy Blue Company at the Platinum Jubilee Pageant in 2022 and the UEFA Champions League Pepsi Kick-off Show in 2024 with Lenny Kravitz.
