AQA GCSE & A Level Dance Tutoring
Service Description
Bespoke private tutoring from a qualified dance teacher designed with the student's individual needs at the centre. Whether the need is SEND support or achieving top grades, sessions cater to the student's strengths and weaknesses. Sessions can focus on any part of the syllabus including exam technique, performance skills, technical skills, or choreography support. In the 2025 GCSE season, a student scored 36% in her January theory mock before starting to work with Amanda. After only 4 sessions, the student increased her grade by 42 percentage points to achieve 78% in the exam! The small print: • A travel fee of 45p per extra mile will be added if traveling beyond 8 miles each way from WD23. • Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advanced or it may not be confirmed. • Clients have up to 24 hours to cancel a booking free of charge after receiving a booking confirmation email. After this, a 50% refund will be received if cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the session. • If the client cancels within 24 hours of the session starting, no refund will be given.
Cancellation Policy
• No extra travel cost if within 10 miles of WD23. Schools should contact EDC if they are interested but are outside of this radius. • Bookings must be made at least 14 days in advanced and delivered within 3 months. • The client can cancel the booking free of charge at least 30 days before the delivery date. If booked within 14-30 days, they can cancel within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation. After this point, cancelling will see a 50% fee charge. • Nonrefundable if cancelled 13 days before delivery date. This includes a sudden and unexpected school closure, e.g. snow day. • Same restrictions apply for rescheduling. • If the workshop needs to be rescheduled due to the facilitator within 30 days of delivery date, rescheduling is free of charge. If it needs be rescheduled up to 72 hours prior the delivery date, the client will receive a 20% discount on their next purchase. • All timelines mentioned above includes school and bank holidays. • While EDC will try to diffuse situations and solve any issues, they retain the right to refuse service. If any of our employees feel threatened, discriminated by, abused or believe there’s a potential threat to their health and/or safety in anyway, service will immediately stop without a refund.
